Injections or tablets that block or lower the amount of testosterone in the body. Also known as androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).  For example leuprorelin (Prostap), goserelin (Zoladex), buserelin (Suprefact), triptorelin (Decapeptyl),degarelix (Firmagon) or relugolix (Orgovyx).
