Take on the challenge, raise funds for vital research!

Open to anyone and everyone, get ready to take on Wale's biggest and best 10k for #TeamPCR!

Taking place alongside the Wales Marathon, the Wales 10k route will take you from Manorbier with fully closed roads all the way to the red carpet finish line in Tudor Square, Tenby – with some spectacular Pembrokeshire scenery along the way.

Fancy dress is entirely encouraged, so this fun and friendly race is the perfect chance to get active and get creative raising money for Prostate Cancer Research!

There is a registration fee of £20. For each charity place there is a target to raise £150 for Prostate Cancer Research.

If you have your own place for this event, you can secure your place on #TeamPCR too! There is no fundraising requirement we just ask that you raise as much as you can to support us funding research towards a life without prostate cancer.

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be 14+ years to take part in the Wales 10k.

How much do I need to raise and what fundraising support will I receive?

The fundraising target for this race is £150.

As a member of #TeamPCR, you’ll receive all the support you will need from Amy (our Community Fundraising Officer) who’s whole job is to make this experience as fun and stress-free for you as possible! Some benefits include:

Where does the money I raise go?

All funds raised will go back into funding research and allowing scientists to test out methods and ideas and find better treatments for life-threatening prostate cancer.

Will there be a virtual option if the event is cancelled?

Absolutely! Here at PCR, we’re working hard to make sure we have an equally brilliant virtual equivalent to all our events – so that you still get that amazing feeling of completing a 10k and having raised vital funds for Prostate Cancer Research.
