We are inviting people affected by prostate cancer to come forward and be part of the decision-making process when we select the research projects which we fund.

Patient representatives will be asked to read everyday language descriptions of research proposals and information on the relevance of the project to prostate cancer patients. They will then discuss these during a virtual meeting. Example lay descriptions can be seen here. These discussions will be instrumental in helping us to decide which projects should be funded and enabling us to fund the best research.

The meeting will take place virtually on Zoom, on the 20th May 10:00am-12:30pm, the 25th May 5:00-7:30pm, the 26th May 10:30am-1:00pm, and the 30th May 5:00-7:30pm. Patient representatives will only need to attend one meeting and will be offered a reimbursement of £93.50 for their time on the panel.

Submissions are now closed. Please note there will be limited spaces for the panels and so registry does not guarantee a place. We will be in touch following registration to let you know if you have a place on the panels.
