Let's Talk Sex and Intimacy


In this session, where partners are most welcome, Lorraine Grover of the Sexual Advice Association will help patients (and their partners) get a better understanding of the nature of sexual dysfunction along with advice on better ways of management. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Sex Therapist she is able to do this in a multidimensional way.

Let's Talk Sex and Intimacy (for the LGBTQ Community)


In this session, run specifically for the LGBTQ community, Lorraine Grover of the Sexual Advice Association will help patients get a better understanding of the nature of sexual dysfunction along with advice on better ways of management and take questions that you might be too embarrassed to ask your clinician.

‘Skin Fitness’ workshop


This workshop, run by Look Good Feel Better’s Sarah Addis and Mark Sproston, aka The Shave Doctor, offers advice on skincare, safe shaving, grooming and some of the issues you may be facing as a result of your treatment.

Dec 14th 10am-12pm

Body Confidence workshop


This workshop, led by Look Good Feel Better’s Sarah Emerson and leading Fashion Stylist and Colour Analyst Anna Curtis, aims to help you come to terms with the ‘new you’ by giving tips on identifying your body shape and how to dress for it, your perfect colour matches and discovering your style identity. The session will provide you with tools to implement the changes you need to feel comfortable and confident with your body again.
