Nike + British 10k

Distance: 10km
Date: Sunday 8th July 2012
Location: London, Hyde Park Corner

Over 25,000 runners including top athletes and celebrity runners take part in this spectacular race, with approximately 40,000 spectators lining the course. There was strong support for the hundreds of charities involved from all over Great Britain and the day was a great success.

The race route through the heart of this historic capital city is unrivalled anywhere in the world and takes runners past many of the iconic and most world renowned sights that the great city of London has to offer.

Every year hundreds of charities benefit from the millions of pounds raised by runners raising sponsorship via Justgiving for their chosen cause by taking part in the British 10K London Run. In addition to the hundreds of charities involved there are also corporate teams raising money for charities in the Corporate Team Challenge and thousands of individual runners who also raise funds for charities who may not be directly involved in the race.
