Super Heros 5k Run

If you have ever wanted to get involved in a 5km run here is your chance. On Sunday 13th May at Regents Park, London, over 1,500 'Super Heros' are expected to take part, raising over £150,000 for charity! We're looking for volunteers to take part in this fantastic event. With just a small registration fee and raising the suggested minimum sponsorship you could becomea Super Hero for the day!

No previous experience is required and with a bit of training the 5k distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide!

With places extremely limited you should book early to avoid disappointment!
